Laura has a Masters in International Development from UNSW and is an experienced Educator and Program Manager. She has worked and lived throughout the Asia-Pacific working for both small grassroots organisations and large international NFPs. Laura cofounded two community based organisations providing education and community engagement to vulnerable minority groups in Nepal and refugees and asylum seekers in Indonesia.

This philosophy is both incredibly simple and complex and Laura loves to guide students, clients, stakeholders and beneficiaries to achieve impact that matters.
Laura has worked in disaster risk reduction, training and education projects, refugee protection, livelihood development, child protection, youth engagement, program management and event coordination. She is:
- Ethically driven

I’m a workplace coach who helps leaders and managers have more connected conversations with their people so that they feel valued, trusted, listened to (heard) and backed (advocated).
My ‘Why’ is to see connected conversations become part of every successful leader and manager’s toolkit, to foster trusted relationships and strengthen bonds in our places of work.
Drawing on an extensive and successful corporate career in leadership and in-house coaching, I use connected conversations and other tools to get in beside my clients to guide, challenge and support them to navigate their situations and blind-spots.
Connections attract us to new workplaces, they keep us coming back to the ones we are in, and I believe that more connected conversations truly = more retention and an increase in performance.
