> As CEO of Loud Days Elana wears many hats ensuring the agency consistently evolves to the ever-changing marketplace and provides clients with leading business opportunities. > Founder of Dessert Parlour & Chow Down Events. Food innovator and social (media) whisperer in the food and beverage industry since 2012. Founder of Donut Fest Au – Australia’s official Donut and Beer Festival. Chow Down Events is a brand activation company that turns small businesses into superstars in their industry. Their innovation events offer a captivating experience for guests, as well as supporting local businesses and fundraising for local charities. Dessert Parlour’s desserts and cakes have been featured in newspapers, magazines, and blogs and building a portfolio of clients such as Facebook, Instagram, Oroton, Swatch Group and TopShop.
